Look out for the symptoms that effect your body system
Tell someone right away
Be calm and Call 911
Respond right away of your actions of what you need to to and administrating medication or calling 911
Calling 911: Provide the information if you don't have the administration of epinephrine by -experiencing anaphylaxis -need an epinephrine - current location
*If feeling light headed or faint, then lie down. Where some doctors recommend anyone with anaphylaxis happening at that instant to lie down by alleviate the symptoms of low blood pressure. It's not recommended though depending your situation.
Don't drive yourself wait for the EMT's to arrive and administrate the epinephrine and the medical help to treat anaphylaxis reaction. If there is a E.R nearby then have someone drive over there. Yet, a delay in treatment can result some complications.
After you already received emergency treatment then call your doctor. It is good to call your doctor and tell them that you experienced a severe allergic reaction.
Call family and friends and let them know what had happened. Where you still need to be in the hospital for an allergic reaction can reoccur again.
Once your symptoms have passed and our now long gone make a plan and jot down some notes of what had happened. What and where you doing when this occurred. What did you ate that gave out the allergic reaction. The time it took from the food you at and what symptoms occured at that time.
