6 tablespoons milk-free, soy-free margarine
1/2 cup of water
4 ounces of unsweetened baking chocolate
3 tablespoons of light corn syrup
1/8 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
In small saucepan, start combing the margarine and water. Boil to a medium heat and stir it continuously.
Now, add your chocolate and stir it continuously until it melts. Chocolate can become lumpy.
Next, add the sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Boil it for 5 minutes. Remove it away from the heat and the vanilla extract. Serve it hot and fresh and makes about 2 cups.
