Hey everyone,

This weekend I am going to share an a mini story experience. Since, allergies can be genetic which I will go more in depth in the next upcoming blogs. There are some families that can pass down of what they are allergic to which for instance, peanuts.

In this mini story, a person can have a family member that is allergic to soy where their son or daughter can have that allergic reaction. However, if the son or daughter comes in contact with this allergy of soy in one of the products. It can create an allergic reaction or something else can be triggered which can lead to an anxiety attack. There is some cases that have happened where it leads to misdiagnosis since, there are symptoms that can be similar to the reaction of the substance.

An example from an experience:
I have experienced this myself, since one of my parents are allergic to soy. Yet, a couple weeks ago, I came across an unknown new product of a candy bar. Not seeing the ingredients which was hidden and needed a snack. I grabbed the candy bar, and with a first bite from it within minutes it lead to a reaction. The reaction I got immediately was feeling funny and somewhat lead to an almost an up rise of a panic attack. However, I took benadryl which eased me down since it kept me calm by the drowsiness. Though, I did not think about it and proceeded to be calm afterwards. The next day, I was all right. Even though bendryl is an histamine, I took it for my benefit in case that I may progress allergy symptoms. Which I will not know if I was allergic to it. This reaction, I went through led to a trigger but it did not trigger an allergic reaction since I did not get allergic reaction.

What can you learn from it:
Always be aware from your experiences, and know your symptoms as well your family history. It can help and be a great benefit for you. As well talk to your doctor about it which also is a good resource to seek out medical advice. I advise to keep a diary or journal handy for your symptoms because it is not always can be an allergic reaction which it can be something else.

Thank you for your support! I have more to come as well!
I have received an e-mail which will be posted up in the upcoming blog! I thank you! (Since, it is still in the process)
