Chocolate Pudding

1 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
5 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 cups of water
1 tablespoon of milk-free, soy-free margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Now pour it in individual cups. Let the cool with the room temperature. Chill completely with the refrigerator before you start serving.
*Tips: Too sweet for the taste, reduce the sugar to 1/3 cup. It can also be used for a pie filling if desired.
