Carmel Popcorn Recipe

Carmel Popcorn:

1/2 cup of popping popcorn
1 3/4 cups of honey
1/4 cup of milk-free, soy-margarine free
1/2 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon salt

Pop the popping popcorn in your microwave. Set aside for now. Then, start greasing in the cookie sheets. Combine

the rest of the ingredients in saucepan and boil with a medium heat. Where you are stirring continuously until it reaches 280 degrees. (Using a candy thermometer)
Pour the Carmel mixture over the popcorn you popped. Stir it well until they are all coated and spread it on the sheets you greased when cooled.

*Tips: Want to make Carmel balls, grease your hands and form a mixture while its still warm. Then, wrap in waxed paper to cool it down.
