Blondie Cake

1 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of milk-free, soy-free margarine, softened
3 tablespoons of water, 3 tabelspoons, softened, 2 tabelspoons of
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Start greasing your 9-inch pan. Set it aside for now. In a medium bowl, start combing the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix it very well. Set aside for now. Then, get your large bowl, start mixing the brown sugar, sugar, and margarine. Beat until well combined. Next, add your water, oil, and the baking powder mixture plus the vanilla extract. Beat it until its light and creamy. Start adding the flour mixture and beat well untill well blended. Pour your batter into a prepared pan. Bake it for 30 minutes or until it gets that light golden brown, and you can aslo get a toothpick to pick at it at the center to see if its clean if not then give it more time. Cool completely and frost it up or decorate for anything that you want to do.
