1 1/2 tablespoons of water, 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil,
1 teaspoon baking powder; mixed together
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat the margarine and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed til creamy. Then, add water, oil, and baking powder in the mixture and stir it well. Start adding the lemon juice.
Then in another bowl, combine the flour,
Shape them into balls and roll in the remaining sugar. Place the balls on the ungreased cookie sheets, and flatten into a circle. Bake it for 9 minutes and let it cool completely.
