Banana Pancakes & Cinnamon Syrup

1 1/2 cups of oat flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cups of orange juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoon of water, 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon baking powder; mixed together
1 1/2 cups of banana, chopped
Heat the nonstick pan with medium heat. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, but not the banana. Stir it very well. Fold the banana. Spoon in 1/2 cup of batter for every pancake onto the pan. Cook until brown and flip and cook until your done.
Cinnamon Syrup:
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
In a small pan with low heat. Cook the corn syrup thoroughly heated. Start adding the remaining ingredients and mix it very well. Pour fresh warm syrup on your desired food which can be pancakes or the banana pancakes.
