~Blueberry Muffin~

Blueberry Muffin: Bake 25-30 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk-free, soy free margarine at room temperature
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of water, 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 teaspoons baking powder mixed together.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of water
2 1/2 cups of blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar mixed with 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preheat  your oven to 375 degrees. Line the muffin tin with paper liners. In a medium-size bowl. beat the margarine until the creamy. Beat the sugar

 
 

~Wacky Chocolate Cake~

Wacky Chocolate Cake: Bake till 25 to 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon vinegar
5 tablespoons oil
1 cup of cold water
confectioners sugar

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Start sifting the dry ingredients into the mixture bowl. Then, add the vanilla, vinegar, oil, and water. Blend well

~Sweet Potato Pie~

Sweet Potato Pie: Bake 1 hour.

Ingredients:
1 (40-ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
dash ground nutmeg
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons milk-free, soy free margarine,
softened

1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of apple juice
2 packets unflavored gelatin
4 tablespoons warm water
1 wheat-free pie crust, unbaked

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mash the sweet potatoes. Then, add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Mix it

1 1/2 pounds grounded turkey
4 ribs celery, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups of water
4 carrots sliced
1/4 cup of uncooked rice
1 small bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
4 teaspoons chili powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

3/4 cup brown sugar,
1 1/2 cups water
6 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon ginger
